Rani Lakshmi bai
The production follows the life of Rani Lakshmi Bai, the queen of Jhansi. Rani Lakshmi Bai is a symbol of strength in the face of adversity and became a representation of Indian valour owing to her rebellion against the British in 1857. Eventually, she laid down her life for the sake of her people and is still remembered for the courage of her actions and the grit of her mind.

"It was a matter of extreme honor to recreate on stage the magnificence of the life of Rani Lakshmi Bai of Jhansi. We had heard her stories as kids and realising the epochal moments of her life on stage was challenging and rewarding at the same time. We had to create colonial India on stage and the magnificence of the time. As challenging as it is to depict a bygone era, the results are always striking. "
